| Bio: | Name: The Tailypo World: Earth, North American folklore Birthday: Unknown Age: Unknown / Human: approx. 50 years old Species: A mythological, dog-like creature Occupation:A hell-bent, obsessive folklore being searching for its tail and giving the kiddies nightmares. Special Abilities/Talents: Morphing: Tailypo's two forms are physically very different, but the human body is more like a puppet form. It prefers to stay in its creature form, as it has been for thousands of years. Animal Instincts: Heightened scent and perceptions, Tailypo is a natural hunter. While others use weapons or magic, the mythological creature's power rests in its physical prowess, with razor-sharp teeth and claws and unnatural speed. Camouflage: As mysterious a predator as they come, Tailypo seamlessly blends into his environments, especially at night. Appearance: Original/Creature Form: Reportedly about the size of a very large dog. Covered in dark brown and black fur, with yellow eyes and very long ears. There is a stump where its tail used to be. Human Form: A male form - grimy, dirty, nightmarish. Stale blue eyes. He dresses in the skins of his kills when in human form. This form is to help Tailypo communicate better. Quirks: The Tailypo speaks in riddles and rhymes when in human form and hisses and whispers while in creature form. Its own manner of speaking is quite lyrical and odd. It also is obsessed with its tail. This obsession occupies most of its conversations, both in creature and human form. Personality: As previously stated, this creature is only interested in seeking revenge for the loss of its tail, not necessarily for finding it. Because it is so consumed in its rage, it spends its time eyeing both teammates and enemies alike, constantly contemplating exacting this vengeance on them. However, if this creature is seduced by an offer that would undoubtedly suit its primal needs, it would be a willing collaborator in any plot. It spends most of its time slinking around the forests. Very little of its time is actually spent in Niflheim or in Emptiness. In human form, it remains in shadows and is very unsettled by bright lights. The only reason it would approach another sentient being is if its desire to feast overwhelms it. It isn’t a particularly intelligent creature – not in the respect that it can learn if others impart new information on it. It is sly and cunning in that it observes. Reputation:The Tailypo is mysterious, possibly annoying, and obsessive. It is known for haunting the forests and claiming territory.
